Refund Policy

At APPLIANCE OUTLET OF DAVENPORT LLC, we stand behind every appliance with a satisfaction guarantee. This Refund Policy is effective as of November 18, 2025.

REFUND ELIGIBILITY

  • Unused Items: Full refund within 30 days if in original condition.

  • Damaged/Defective: Full refund or replacement within 7 days of delivery.

  • Restocking Fee: 15% for non-defective returns.

REFUND PROCESS

  1. Contact info@applianceoutletofdavenport.us with order number and reason.

  2. Receive approval and return instructions.

  3. Ship back to 217 Fiddlewood Ct, Davenport, FL 33837, USA (customer pays return unless defective).

  4. Refund to original method within 7-10 days after inspection.

WARRANTY CLAIMS

1-year manufacturer warranty on all appliances. Report issues within 7 days with photos for free replacement or repair.
