Welcome to gipiebike.us. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and any related services (collectively, the "Services"), effective as of November 30, 2025. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services. We operate from our headquarters in Miami, FL.

SECTION 1 – ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By creating an account, placing an order, or using the Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all other policies referenced herein.

SECTION 2 – USE OF THE SERVICES

Permitted Use: You may use the Services to browse products, place orders, and contact support. All e-bikes ship from 465 NW 153rd St, Miami, FL 33169 within 4-8 business days.

Prohibited Use: You agree not to:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without permission

  • Use the Services for illegal purposes or to violate local e-bike laws

  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or overload our systems

  • Resell products without written authorization from GIPI E BIKE LLC

  • Post false reviews or engage in fraudulent activity

SECTION 3 – ACCOUNTS

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at info@gipiebike.us if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

SECTION 4 – ORDERS AND PAYMENT

  • All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

  • We accept Klarna, Affirm, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and major credit cards.

  • Full payment is required at checkout unless using approved financing.

  • Prices are in USD and include taxes based on your shipping address.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING

Orders ship in 4-8 business days from Miami, FL. See our Shipping Policy for details. Title passes upon delivery.

SECTION 6 – RETURNS & WARRANTY

  • 30-day return window for unused e-bikes.

  • 2-year limited warranty on manufacturing defects.

SECTION 7 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, logos, and designs are owned by GIPI E BIKE LLC or our licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

SECTION 8 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GIPI E BIKE LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.

SECTION 9 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by Florida law. Disputes shall be resolved in Miami-Dade County, Florida courts.

SECTION 10 – CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
