Shipping Policy
Where we ship

United States only (contiguous 48 states + DC). We currently do not ship to AK, HI, PR, Guam, APO/FPO, or PO Boxes due to lithium-ion battery restrictions and carrier limitations. Lithium batteries are regulated hazardous materials and must follow U.S. DOT PHMSA rules (49 CFR; UN 38.3 conformity).
Delivery timeframes

Transit time: 4–8 business days for in-stock items shipped via ground service within the contiguous U.S.

Processing time: typically 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). Orders placed after our daily cut-off ship the next business day.

Delays outside our control (weather, natural events, carrier disruptions) may extend these estimates.
If we ever cannot ship within the timeframe we state, we will seek your consent to the delay or issue a prompt refund, consistent with the FTC’s Mail/Internet/Telephone Order Merchandise Rule.
Shipping methods & carriers

Ground-only for e-bikes and batteries (hazmat rules prohibit certain air lanes). We follow PHMSA lithium battery requirements and use carriers that handle Class 9 shipments.

Accessories without batteries may ship by standard parcel services.

Signature may be required on high-value e-bike deliveries for theft prevention and insurance compliance.
Rates & charges

Rates are calculated at checkout based on item weight/size and destination. Oversize items (frames/e-bikes) may incur additional handling.
Order verification

To protect customers from fraud, we may contact you to confirm order details (address or payment info). Verification may affect the ship date.
Tracking & delivery

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves our warehouse.

Please monitor tracking for delivery updates. If a delivery attempt fails, the carrier may retry or hold at a local facility.
Address changes & undeliverable packages

Before shipment: contact us immediately to request an address change—we can usually update it prior to label creation.

After shipment: re-routing is limited and may incur carrier fees.

Undeliverable/Refused shipments may be returned to us; we’ll refund the product price minus actual round-trip shipping and any carrier return fees after inspection.
Damage, loss, or missing items

Visible damage: note it with the driver if possible and contact us within 48 hours with photos (outer box, inner packaging, product).

Concealed damage/shortage: report within 5 days of delivery. Keep all packaging while we file a carrier claim and arrange a remedy.

Once the carrier shows delivered, risk of loss passes to you (subject to applicable law and your shipping insurance, if any).
Preorders & backorders

We’ll display expected ship windows on the product page or at checkout. If dates change, we will notify you and request your consent to the new date or issue a prompt refund, per the FTC rule.
Lithium-ion battery compliance (summary)

E-bikes/packaged batteries are shipped in compliance with U.S. DOT PHMSA Hazardous Materials Regulations (49 CFR) and must meet UN 38.3 transportation testing. Ground transport and specific packaging/marking apply.
